Helm of Immense Semblance: This item appears as a masterwork iron helm with interior padding and leather ear flaps and chin straps. When held, its magical nature becomes immediately apparent as it grows or shrinks to the size of the holder’s head. When donned, the wearer and his/her associated gear will enlarge to appear as a Large humanoid. Also, the wearer’s facial features will appear stockier, similar to that of a Hill Giant for humans, elves, dwarves, halflings and gnomes or an Ogre for goblins, orcs, and half-orcs. The actual appearance depends on the wearer’s race and the DM discretion. The characteristics of this illusion are as the spell Silent Image cast on the wearer by a Sorcerer of 6th level. This effect will give the character a +2 bonus on attempts to Intimidate others as well as a +2 on Bluff, Diplomacy, Disguise and other interactions with larger humanoids matching the wearer’s appearance, at the DM’s discretion. The wearer needs to be careful when interacting with his/her surroundings (like going through doors or riding on a horse). Failure to take specific precautions will enable those viewing the wearer to make Will Checks to dispel the illusion that they see.
